GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms sales are final. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

CHANGING, MODIFYING, SUBSTITUTING ORDERS

We like to serve customers best as possible and we understand that mistakes can happen. If you have placed an existing order and want to change it we can help you with that. The process is as follows: orders that need modified will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded the full amount minus a $10 charge via gift card. Once the customer receives the refund they can replace the order on the website. Fastfire Arms WILL NOT place the order for the customer due to fraud and sensitive information that gets exchanged in transactions. At this point the transaction lead times have restarted.

RETURNS & CANCELED ORDERS

All canceled and returned orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All sales are final, included are firearms, ammunition, and optics. Any order that surpasses 21 days and we haven’t received the requested documents for your order. Your order will be canceled, and funds returned minus the 15% restocking fee.

ORDER FULLFILMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Our Flat rate shipping policy only qualifies for the lower 48 states. We currently do not offer shipping to states outside the lower 48 and international. If an order is placed outside of the stated perimeters it will be cancelled and issued a restock fee. Orders cannot be processed and will be flagged as fraud if the billing and shipping address DO NOT match. Orders will then be replaced via gift card to place the order correctly. IF an order is for a serialized item or firearm the system will dictate it as such and it will be sent to the chosen FFL. DO NOT put the FFL as the shipping address.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required and sales on these items are final. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. Customers are responsible and must follow all local, state and federal laws. Please research before ordering if you are unsure about your local laws.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Use of the Fastfire Arms website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.

AFFIDAVIT OF CUSTOMER

• I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
• By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Fastfire Arms is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
• I am not a fugitive from justice.
• I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
• I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
• I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.
• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

INDEMNIFICATION AND AGREEMENT TO DEFEND

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release .com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from Fastfire Arms.

I fully agree that by placing my order, I release Fastfire Arms from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased from Fastfire Arms, including (but not limited to) my or anyone else use of the product, my or anyone else’s storage of the product, and my or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Fastfire Arms and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from Fastfire Arms.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as any part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals, before a court or other tribunal.

TRADEMARKS

Fastfire Arms and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Fastfire Arms. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Fastfire Arms, in any manner that seeks to disparages or discredit Fastfire Arms or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.

All content on this website is the exclusive property of Fastfire Arms. Said content includes text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software. Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws and we reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement, we will rigorously defend our rights to this material.

Some portions of this website permit username and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.
